Your guest doesn't think in systems.

She checks into Room 101, orders a spritz at the pool, books a massage, lingers over dinner. Four departments, four legacy systems, but one evening. VirgOS posts all of it to the same folio as it happens, because money and space are platform primitives, not integrations.

One guest. One folio. One ledger.

The front desk, live.

A representative view of the property board. Every charge lands on the guest's folio the moment it happens.

One core. Every surface.

Venue Operations

Restaurants, bars, beach clubs, and cafés run as one configurable family: floor and positions, ordering and coursing, kitchen displays, cashiering and shift close.

Stay Operations

Rooms, rates, front desk, housekeeping, and night audit. Rooms are positions and stays are folios, so the hotel runs on the same primitives as the restaurant.

One ledger

Every charge (table, cabana, spa, room night) posts to the same guest folio. Append-only, replayable, and audited down to the shift that authored it.

Offline-first

Service, ordering, payment, and production keep working with no signal, then reconcile the moment they reconnect. The beach bar doesn't stop when the WiFi does.

Every kind of venue. One system underneath.

The F&B family below is configuration of one shared core, not separate products, and hotels reuse the same two primitives.

Full-service restaurant

Table service

Coursing, firing, seat-level ordering, reservations, split and merge.

Bar & nightlife

Tab service

Card pre-auth tabs, fast reorder, tab transfers, tip pooling.

Café & QSR

Counter service

Fast queue, order-ahead, loyalty, minimal floor logic.

Beach & pool club

Position service

Day-session daybeds and cabanas, minimum spend, deposits, roving service.

Fine dining

Coursed table

Tasting menus, pairings, pacing, allergen rigor.

Hotels

Rooms as positions

Front desk, housekeeping, and night audit on the same ledger as the restaurant.

Hybrid resorts

Rooms + outlets

One guest, one bill, entitlements enforced at the point of service.

Sold per layer. Composed as you grow.

Standalone venues

One café or a beach club. Venue Operations on the shared core, never a room screen in sight.

Hotels

Rooms first, with a light-but-real F&B layer that posts straight to the stay folio.

Hybrid resorts

Rooms and outlets on one guest, one bill, entitlements enforced at the point of service.

Built from Istanbul.

Virgo Solutions is based where three continents of hospitality habits meet. A proper stress test for a system meant to run everything from a beach club to a hotel front desk.
